What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store any personal information on NETIXER servers when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

Any glucose readings, notes, context tags, highlights, or history entries you create are intended to remain locally on your personal device. NETIXER does not access or store those records.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of normal network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking by NETIXER.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

No. The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Do third parties see or have access to information?

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties by NETIXER.

NETIXER does not sell user data, does not create advertising profiles, and does not use personal logs for tracking.

Data Retention

NETIXER does not collect or retain personal data from normal use of Glucose Reading Journal.

Personal entries, including glucose readings, dates, times, context tags, notes, and highlighted records, are stored locally on the user’s device. Because NETIXER does not receive these records, NETIXER does not keep server-side copies and does not maintain a retention period for them.

If you voluntarily contact NETIXER by email, the information you provide will be used only to respond to your request and will not be sold or used for advertising.

Data Deletion

Because NETIXER does not collect or store personal Application data, NETIXER has no server-side glucose logs, notes, readings, or app history to delete.

You can remove locally stored Application data by deleting entries inside the Application, clearing local app data through your device settings where available, or uninstalling the Application from your device.

If you have voluntarily contacted NETIXER by email and want that communication deleted, contact support@netixer.it.com with your request.

What are my opt-out rights?

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device. Local deletion behavior may depend on your device settings and operating system.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected by NETIXER through use of the Application alone.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of personal Application data from NETIXER systems is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure.

You are responsible for securing your own device, including screen lock settings, operating system updates, and any device backup services you choose to use.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting Application data held by NETIXER is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided to NETIXER, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
